As parents, we always want to give our children the best of everything; whether it’s education, food, or clothing. Perhaps it's time to give them something that will help them in all areas of their life. Meditation will help your child understand they are in control of their emotions and thoughts, it will teach them how to remain calm, and how to deal with anxiety and stress. Meditation will teach them how to go within to look for answers.
Most parents agree that life has become incredibly busy for our young ones, and sometimes even overly stimulating with all the electronics our kids have access to these days. Consider the idea that getting back to nature and connecting them with their hearts and souls is a much-needed experience for them.
Each week will include a short talk, gentle meditation and an activity related to the thought of the week. Every child will make a calming meditation jar to take home and they will also receive other tools to help them in meditation.
Parents are welcome to stay each week or stay for the 1st class and then drop off for the remaining classes.
